These terms cover your use of MedicalStickers.shop at MedicalStickers.Shop. Buying a sticker, reading a page, or sending a message means you agree to them. If you don't, don't use the site.
The site and the shop
MedicalStickers.shop is an independent sticker shop for healthcare workers. The website is the brand home. Purchases are currently completed on Etsy unless a product page clearly offers direct checkout. Etsy's own terms cover that transaction, including payment processing.
Orders
An order exists when Etsy (or, later, our own checkout) accepts payment. A product page is an invitation to buy, not a promise that a listing is still open. Descriptions are written in a dry, joking voice. They are not care plans. If a sample-price note is showing, the Etsy listing is the price that controls.

Marketplace disclosure
Checkout may occur on Etsy. MedicalStickers.shop is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Etsy, Inc. Etsy® is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. We use the name only to tell you where checkout happens.
Novelty goods, not medicine
Stickers are novelty goods. They are not medical devices. They do not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure anything. Nothing on this site is medical advice, a protocol, or a substitute for training or clinical judgment. Don't put a sticker on a device, chart, medication, or patient where it could be mistaken for an instruction.
Intellectual property
The phrases, layouts, and sample artwork on this site belong to MedicalStickers.shop unless a credit says otherwise. Don't copy the designs to sell your own version. You can photograph a sticker you bought and share it. That's the point.
Trademarks and affiliations
MedicalStickers.shop is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any hospital, health system, university, union, or brand. Names of workplaces in jokes are not a claim of partnership. We avoid other companies' product names in the designs on purpose. If you think a listing crosses a line, email hello@medicalstickers.shop and we will look.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site: no scraping that degrades it, no attempting to break checkout, no sending unlawful or abusive messages, no pretending to be the shop.
Advertising
If you arrive from an ad, the same policies apply. We don't invent reviews, countdown timers, or endorsements. Sample prices and sample artwork are labeled while they are samples. Shipping and returns are linked from every page's footer.
Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided as available. We work to keep pages accurate and will correct mistakes when we see them. To the extent the law allows, MedicalStickers.shop is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site or from a joke landing badly in the break room. Nothing here limits liability that the law says cannot be limited, including for injury caused by a physical product defect where that law applies.
Changes
We can update these terms. The date at the top will change. The footer always links to the current version. Orders already placed follow the terms and the marketplace rules in effect at checkout.
