We want the sticker you meant to buy. If it isn't, send it back unused.

14 days from delivery. The sticker should be unused, unpeeled, and in the condition it arrived. Tell us the order number when you write.
How to start
If you checked out on Etsy, open the order there and message the shop, or email hello@medicalstickers.shop with the Etsy order number. Keeping the request on the same order avoids a second thread.
Who pays return postage
If we sent the wrong item or a damaged one, we cover the return. If you changed your mind, you cover return postage unless a listing says otherwise.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the original payment method after we have the return. Etsy processes those payments, so the timing follows Etsy's payout rules. We don't refund shipping you already used unless the mistake was ours.
What we can't take back
Stickers that have been applied, cut, or soaked. Custom phrases made only for you, once printed, are final unless they arrived wrong.
